Refund Policy

At CableMyTV.us, we maintain a transparent, performance-based billing structure. Our refund policy is strictly outlined below to ensure clarity and protect both our engineers and our clients.

The "Resolution Guarantee"

We charge for successful architectural resolution. If our engineering unit is unable to trace, diagnose, and resolve your specific network or hardware protocol loop, your session is entirely free. If a pre-authorization hold was placed on your card, it will be voided.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Hardware Failure: If during the diagnostic process, our engineer determines that the physical hardware is irreparably damaged (and not a software/network issue), a full refund will be issued.
  • 7-Day Recurrence: If the exact same technical error recurs within 7 days of the completed session, we will re-engage at no cost. If the issue cannot be permanently stabilized upon the second attempt, a full refund will be processed.
  • Pre-Connection Cancellation: A client may cancel a requested service ticket at any time prior to the establishment of the secure remote connection for a 100% refund.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Issues caused by client-initiated actions after the session is completed (e.g., performing a factory reset or physically altering network wiring).
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party Internet Service Provider (ISP) outages or global platform outages (e.g., streaming service servers being down).

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We actively investigate and dispute fraudulent chargebacks. If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must contact us directly to request a refund prior to initiating a dispute with your financial institution.
